    Rotate through strength-focused stations—dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX—punctuated by “joke sets” where you deliver a one-liner or playful pun before moving on. This lighthearted approach distracts from muscle fatigue and creates a supportive atmosphere. Coaches provide form cues and progressive overload options tailored to each fitness level.
  • Comedy Core & Flex Flow
    A hybrid of Pilates-inspired core work and yoga stretches, with comedic narrative guiding transitions (“Breathe in like you’re smelling your favorite dish... then exhale like you dropped it!”). Partner stretches and group poses reinforce teamwork and trust. Each class ends with a humorous guided relaxation—imagine a “bedtime story” for your muscles.

    Partnered treadmill sprints interwoven with pop-quiz questions projected onto a screen. While one teammate runs, the other answers fitness-or pop-culture-themed trivia—then swap.
